अकादमिक गुणवत्ता और सृजनात्मक अभिव्यक्ति दोनों का संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए मूल्यांकन व्यवस्था स्पष्ट रूप से निर्धारित है:

• शोध आलेख: विश्वविद्यालय स्तर के बाह्य विषय-विशेषज्ञों द्वारा समीक्षित किए जाते हैं। इसमें विषय की नवीनता, तथ्य और शोध प्रविधि की पड़ताल की जाती है।
• सृजनात्मक साहित्य: कविता, कहानी, व्यंग्य, साक्षात्कार एवं समीक्षाओं का मूल्यांकन संपादकीय मंडल द्वारा साहित्यिक संवेदना और सामाजिक सरोकारों के आधार पर किया जाता है।

• Authors must disclose any use of AI tools (e.g., translation assistants, text refinement software) in their paper preparation.
• AI tools cannot be designated as an author or co-author.
• Authors retain 100% legal and intellectual accountability for critical insights, arguments, and factual truth.

डिजिटल और तकनीकी विकास के दौर में AI के प्रयोग को लेकर पारदर्शिता अनिवार्य है:

• शोध प्रारूपण, अनुवाद या भाषिक सुधार में यदि किसी AI टूल की सहायता ली गई है, तो उसका स्पष्ट उल्लेख अनिवार्य है।
• AI को किसी भी स्थिति में लेखक या सह-लेखक नहीं माना जा सकता।
