Conflict of Interest & Ethics Disclosure Policy

Jankriti strictly enforces transparency to prevent institutional, personal, or financial conflicts between authors, editorial board members, and peer reviewers.

1. Meaning of Conflict of Interest

A conflict of interest arises when personal relationships, institutional affiliations, or professional rivalry could inappropriately influence the objectivity of manuscript evaluation, peer referee selection, or editorial decision-making.

2. Recusal of Editors & Referees

If a submitted manuscript is authored by an editorial board member or an institutional colleague of the handling editor, the entire review process is reassigned to an independent external editor. Referees must recuse themselves if they recognize the author’s work.

3. Author Declaration Statement (लेखक घोषणा प्रारूप)

Every manuscript submission must carry an explicit conflict statement:

“Conflict of Interest Statement: The author(s) declare that there are no financial, professional, or personal affiliations that could be perceived as having biased the work presented in this paper.”
